Meet the Team

Yuzell is a Registered Dental Hygienist with a strong educational background and a passion for patient care. She began her studies at Rutgers University, School of Health Professions, where she earned her CDA and RDA credentials. She later completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, along with her RDH, at Eastern International College. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Yuzell plays a key role in ensuring our Spanish-speaking patients feel comfortable and well cared for. She has a genuine passion for helping others and especially enjoys working with children. Outside of the office, Yuzell loves spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations, and soaking up the sun at the beach.

Daniel also known as “Dan the Man” can be found either at the front desk or in the back at the orthodontic lab. Dan can help answer most insurance questions as well as anything that has to do with your retainers! Ask him to show you our super cool 3D printer! When Dan is not at Oceans he is spending time with his 2 cats Blake and Celty or collecting new records for his record player. Ask him about his collection!

Jadie is a registered dental hygienist who began her career in 2009. She is originally from Brooklyn, NY where she studied at NYC College of Technology.  She went on to receive her bachelors degree in Health Service Administration. She utilized her skills for over 10 years working at NYU Langone Hospital providing treatment in general and pediatric dentistry. She is excited to join the Ocean’s team to be able to build long term relationships with her patients. Her goal is for every patient to have a positive experience and to educate them about their dental hygiene the way she wished she would have been taught as a child. As a fairly new resident of NJ she enjoys her free time outdoors with her husband, daughter, son and dog. She loves to bake, cook, and take pictures.

Megan is our friendly face at the front desk, she is always eager to help and answer any questions that pertain to your visit. Before Oceans, she was a full time babysitter which was an instant connection when working here with children. Ask her to share some of her best knitting with you! She can also sew clothes or crochet anything from blankets to bags. She highly enjoys reading a good book while at the beach!

Lorraine brings over five years of experience as a dental assistant and has a strong passion for pediatric dentistry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and obtained her RDH license from Eastern International College. Fluent in Portuguese and English, and conversational in Spanish, Lorraine excels at building connections with a diverse patient base. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Benson and Rylee, and recently tied the knot in August.

This is Justin, he graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick with a major in exercise science and a minor in Chinese. While at Rutgers he discovered a passion for not only dentistry but also health and nutrition. Justin developed a love for the gym and fitness and hasn’t looked back since. He also enjoys playing basketball when it’s warm and snowboarding when it starts to snow. He  loves trying new foods and discovering new things to do.

Tessa is our Treatment Coordinator, she works closely with Dr. Frank to make sure you get the best treatment possible! Tessa has been a preschool teacher since 2019 and in 2023 she decided it was time for a change. One thing she knew for certain, was that she wanted to continue working with kids. In her free time she enjoys exploring nature, and spending time with her friends & family. She is an avid show/movie watcher, give her suggestions on something new to watch!

“Mee·ARE·ray” bet you can’t pronounce that! She began her assisting journey in 2022 at a general dental office but knew it wasn’t the perfect fit. Her goal was to become an orthodontic assistant, where she now assists Dr.Frank. Mi’Arae has a profound love for fashion, always looking for something to give her outfit the perfect compliment! Apart from dentistry. she loves being outside enjoying nature and animals, it’s the highlight of her life.

Jon is the team’s Sterile Technician, always working behind the scenes to ensure all instruments are properly prepared and ready for the next patient. Known for his great sense of humor, you’ll often find him in the back of the office cracking jokes and keeping the team smiling. Outside of work, Jon enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, trying new foods, and exploring new places. He’s a huge fan of all things anime and Comic Con especially the big one in New York City, which he looks forward to every year. Want to make Jon’s day? Bring him a Brisk- his favorite drink (even though we remind him it’s only for special occasions and weekends!).

Manny is one of our friendly and dedicated Pediatric Dental Assistants. He earned his X-ray certification two years ago and has a natural talent for making kids feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. A big fan of SpongeBob SquarePants, Manny knows most episodes by heart just ask him his favorite quote! In his free time, Manny enjoys hiking, drawing, cooking, and constantly learning something new. He’s been happily married for nine years to his wife, Katherine, a passionate teacher together, their love for working with children truly shines. Manny is also fluent in Spanglish, adding a fun and relatable touch to every interaction!

Tori is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator with a degree in Biology from Felician University. She brings a warm, welcoming energy to the office and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. Outside of work, Tori loves getting lost in a good book, binge-watching her favorite Netflix series, and exploring new restaurants—always on the hunt for her next favorite spot.
